Brian Hunnikin has been named director of manufacturing and engineering. He has specific responsibility for AB Mauri’s Northampton, Corby, Royston and Gainsborough sites, with the goal of ensuring their status as world leading manufacturing plants. 

Hunnikin has an impressive manufacturing and operations pedigree, with a career spanning Unilever, Walkers Snacks, Mars, Weetabix, and nine years at Princes Foods, leading a logistics and manufacturing team producing 15m cases per annum.

He said: “I’m relishing the task ahead and look forward to showcasing our manufacturing facilities to a global audience as outstanding examples of their type.”

Supply chain, finance & IT and sales roles

Stephen Tutt has been appointed as director of supply chain. Tutt brings more than 30 years of experience in agriculture, foodservice and food manufacturing. Prior to joining AB Mauri UK in 2011 as a procurement manager, he held previous roles in Dalgety, Kerry, Scottish & Newcastle, Westmill Foods and was a procurement consultant for a number of years.
